At Minimalist Home Home Studio, your privacy is treated with the same care as your home. This policy explains what we collect and why — in ten simple promises.
1. Information We Collect
When you subscribe, inquire or book with us, we collect your name, email address, date of birth (for birthday perks and verification) and project details you voluntarily share. Nothing more, nothing sneaky.
2. How We Use It
To prepare quotes, schedule services, send the Minimalist Home Journal (only with your consent), improve our offerings and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data — ever.
3. Data Sharing
Information is shared only with vetted service partners strictly as needed to deliver your project, and with payment processors under bank-grade security. No lists, no brokers, no exceptions.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and we run quarterly security audits on our systems to keep the Minimalist Home nest safe.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@minimalisthome.info, and you can unsubscribe from marketing with a single click.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and anonymised analytics to improve it. No creepy tracking, promise.
7. Data Retention
We only keep your information as long as it serves a purpose: project records are held for up to 7 years to honour warranty and legal requirements, while newsletter details are kept until you say goodbye. After that, everything is securely and permanently erased — usually within 30 days.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may point you to trusted partners, suppliers or inspiration boards. Once you leave the Minimalist Home nest, their privacy rules apply — so we always encourage you to read their policies too.
9. Children's Privacy
Minimalist Home services are intended for homeowners aged 18 and above, and we never knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared details with us, email privacy@minimalisthome.info and we will erase them promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
As Minimalist Home grows, this policy may occasionally be refreshed. Updates will always be posted right here with a revised date, and your continued use of the site means you are comfortable with them. Questions? Email privacy@minimalisthome.info — a real human replies within 48 hours.
